PrimeTrade is the company that operates AEGET — a professional cryptocurrency trading platform accessible at primetradee.com. AEGET provides tools for buying, selling, and managing digital assets in a secure and compliant environment.
AEGET serves users in most countries where cryptocurrency trading is legally permitted. However, residents of certain jurisdictions (including but not limited to the United States, North Korea, Iran, and sanctioned territories) may be restricted. Please check our Terms of Service or contact support for the current list.
AEGET supports a wide range of digital assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and many other major altcoins. The full list of supported assets is available within the platform after login.
PrimeTrade operates in compliance with applicable regulations in its operating jurisdictions. We follow AML and KYC standards as required by law. For specific regulatory inquiries, please contact legal@primetradee.com.
Visit primetradee.com and click Register. You will need to provide your email address, create a password, and complete identity verification (KYC) to start trading. The process typically takes 1–3 business days.
You will need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months). For corporate accounts, additional business documentation is required.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–3 business days. In some cases, additional review may extend this period. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is verified.
No. Each individual may hold only one personal account on AEGET. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in all accounts being suspended.
After completing KYC, navigate to the Wallet section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred cryptocurrency and copy your unique deposit address. Send funds from your external wallet to this address. Deposits are typically credited after the required blockchain confirmations.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours after security review. The time to reach your wallet depends on the blockchain network used. Bitcoin withdrawals may take 10–60 minutes; Ethereum withdrawals are typically faster. During periods of high network congestion, times may vary.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by cryptocurrency. Full details are provided in the Fees & Limits section of the platform. Generally, we recommend depositing an amount that comfortably covers transaction fees.
AEGET supports market orders, limit orders, stop-limit orders, and take-profit orders. Advanced order types may be available for verified accounts with higher tier levels.
Fees are calculated as a percentage of the trade value. Our fee schedule is tiered based on your 30-day trading volume. Full details are on our Fees page. Fees are displayed before you confirm each trade.
AEGET is accessible via our web platform at primetradee.com, which is fully optimized for mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app may be announced in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us for updates.
The majority of user funds are held in cold storage (offline wallets) to minimize exposure to online threats. Hot wallets used for daily operations are protected by multi-signature security. We perform regular third-party security audits.
Yes. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA via an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy). You can enable 2FA in your account security settings. SMS-based 2FA is also available as an alternative.
